Teresa R. Allen's latest book, "No Shame, No Blame is an
account of my life when I was between the ages of five and
eight. I give personal accounts of my relationship with my
grandmother, who was the most influential person in my life
at that time. I give insight into lessons learned from those
experiences of time gone by.
The book also gives personal accounts of sibling rivalry,
the death of my grandmother, and sexual abuse. I always
offer suggestions and insights into each story. As a parent
myself, I am always looking for a better way to parent. The
title of the book is important to note, because I do not
feel shame, nor do I blame anyone for the mistakes that
where made. I choose to forgive, and not allow myself to be
a victim. I hope that the book helps you discover something
special about yourself."
