About No Shame, No Blame

Teresa R. Allen's latest book, "No Shame, No Blame is an account of my life when I was between the ages of five and eight. I give personal accounts of my relationship with my grandmother, who was the most influential person in my life at that time. I give insight into lessons learned from those experiences of time gone by.

The book also gives personal accounts of sibling rivalry, the death of my grandmother, and sexual abuse. I always offer suggestions and insights into each story. As a parent myself, I am always looking for a better way to parent. The title of the book is important to note, because I do not feel shame, nor do I blame anyone for the mistakes that where made. I choose to forgive, and not allow myself to be a victim. I hope that the book helps you discover something special about yourself."

About the Bichon Frise

The Bichon Frise is a sweet little white dog with a soft, fluffy coat and lively personality. This affectionate and sociable dog makes a great companion, loves being part of the family and gets along well with children. In the 16th century, the Bichon Frise became popular in the French royal courts. They were used as circus performers in the past, but today they are primarily a companion and show dog. Also called Tenerife Dog.
